ico is a graph-native tool for mapping and reflecting on areas of your life, with optional AI assistance.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ico.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no infringing others' rights.
You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, synchronize, and run the AI features you invoke on that content, solely to operate and provide the service.
ico may use AI to generate suggestions and text. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. ico is not medical, clinical, psychological, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on ico for decisions about your health or wellbeing; consult a qualified professional. If you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The ico software, name, and marks remain our property. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
You may stop using ico at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, unless mandatory local law grants you the right to sue elsewhere.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
